EVEN THE BBC IS ZUP

I actually heard this on the radio this morning:

KNOWLEDGEABLE-SOUNDING BRITISH ANNOUNCER: An apparent breakthrough in the science of neurology. It seems at last as though certain brain waves can now be measured and actually translated into screen imagery--allowing scientists to perhaps one day see what's on your mind. We have Dr. Philip Konopko-West of the Chelsea-Borington Center for Neuroscientific Studies in Brighton on the line. Dr. Konpoko-West, is this true? You can actually translate a mental event into a picture?

AUTHORITATIVE-SOUNDING OTHER BRITISH VOICE: Absolutely not. We can't do anything of the sort.

KNOWLEDGEABLE-SOUNDING BRITISH ANNOUNCER: Oh.
